Holst Online ships worldwide – here is a summary of our delivery charges:

  • New Zealand; a flat rate of $5 NZD.
  • Australia; from $10 NZD – $70 NZD, depending on weight up to 10kg.
  • East Asia & North America; $15 NZD – $180 NZD, depending on weight up to 10kg.
  • South Pacific; $15 NZD – $130 NZD, depending on weight up to 10kg.
  • Europe; $15 NZD – $190 NZD, depending on weight up to 10kg.
  • Rest of the World; $15 NZD – $225 NZD, depending on weight up to 10kg.

We will gladly exchange or refund any item within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us in advance as no returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Once you have authorisation to return the goods, we need you to place it with the return in the original packaging and send it to. Please ship back using Fast Post and make sure that you send it with a confirmation of shipment. This will allow the Post Office to trace it if necessary.

If you are returning an order just because you changed your mind, that is fine, just make sure you do it within the 30 days. Items that are okay to return are those that have not been worn or used and can be resold to someone else. The refund on your credit card will be the full amount. If you are exchanging the merchandise, please indicate what you would like to order as a replacement.

If you receive something damaged or it is sent to you in error, please call us and a replacement will be issued immediately. We understand that sometimes defects are not found within 30 days, so please remember to call us before thinking that it can’t be replaced. Products that have been misused, worn, or have been abused are not considered defective and will not be accepted. Our customer service team will notify you by e-mail if they have determined that an item is truly not defective.

Special promotions and discounts may apply and will be handled accordingly. Terms of the Promotion will be posted on the web site at the time the offer is valid.
